convenient stay near the station
great locationeasy accessmissing elevator
i found the location convenient to santa maria novella station. this made arriving and departing very easy. i also appreciated being within easy walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.
the lack of an elevator was a bit challenging. carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was tiring.

The location was central. It made exploring very easy! the provided fan was certainly useful, especially during the warmer days. the proximity to major monuments and the main train station saved a lot of travel time.
The bedding was basic. A duvet cover would improve the comfort.

I found this place had very clean spaces. The beds was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom facilities, while simple, was good. The fast WiFi was a plus, so I planned day trips with ease.
